M.E.P.A.S.4 Client   -  North West Water Authority Main Contractor   -  Miller Civil Engineering

The project was to construct 14 shafts varying from 5m to 18m in depth along side the River Mersey and to construct two outfall chambers working in tidal conditions.
We provided all labour and plant including our own mobile cranes and designed and supplied the circular shutters and all access scaffolding and falsework.
